House Rental

The Beulah Brinton House and grounds are available to rent for private events. Built in the 1870s, the Beulah Brinton House is a beautiful Gothic Revival home set on spacious and well-maintained grounds. Features include a gazebo and gardens surrounding the property, making it a lovely setting for any gathering. The interior offers a formal entrance to the parlor, dining room and stairway to the second floor.

• • The main level of the house is wheelchair-accessible with a ramp located at the kitchen entrance
  • Two bathrooms – one upstairs and one on the main level that is ADA compliant
  • Beautifully remodeled kitchen has standard sized gas stove, counter space, and small refrigerator
  • 75-person standing capacity inside (or 45 seated theatre style), 150-person capacity outside
  • 30 folding and 12 dining room chairs available for indoor use (table and chair set-up additional fee)

RATES
Prices based on 4-hour minimum rental, fee per additional rented hour.

• • $50 – $200 chair and table set-up/ take-down fee (price depends on event type).

Rentals available:

• • Friday & Saturday: 8 am to 10 pm. Clean-up completed by 11 pm.
    • Outdoor music must end by 9 pm.
  • Sunday – Thursday: 8 am to 8 pm. Clean-up completed by 9 pm.
    • Outdoor music must end by 8 pm.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $200 security deposit is due at time of reservation. It will be returned following an inspection of the house and grounds on the day of the event. The full rental amount is due 48 hours prior to the event. The Bay View Historical Society accepts checks and credit cards. Credit cards may be used through our online shop and are subject to a processing fee.
